Client Support

HLI provides support to all clients with an existing HLI licensed software agreement. Support is available during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

Support includes:

  • Assistance in investigating and resolving technical issues involving HLI software or content offerings
  • Access to appropriate software documentation
  • Receive software updates, enhancements and bug fixes for any HLI licensed software
  • Obtain scheduled updates to any HLI Content for which you have purchased a subscription
  • Access to HLI published white papers, presentations, and sample code

HLI content updates are made available on a defined schedule that is consistent with the release of updates from the various content provider organizations supported by HLI. Some content provider organizations provide quarterly updates while others issue updates semi-annually or annually. HLI provides licensed software and content subscription updates to clients via a secure FTP site.
